CO-DIRECTOR
Brock’s early career with a local Brisbane company constructing commercial- and industrial-sized coldrooms sparked his interest in the construction industry and inspired him to commence his carpentry apprenticeship in 2007.
Brock has since enjoyed a vast career in both residential and commercial construction, working with some of South-East Queensland’s largest companies. More recently, Brock worked with an inner-city boutique builder/developer completing high-end renovations and new builds in the Hawthorne, Bulimba, Balmoral precinct.
Project Manager roles saw Brock’s skill set increase, along with his desire to study and obtain his builder’s license, which he received in 2015.
Working alongside Oliver in the renovation of his home, Brock’s desire to work for himself grew, resulting in the creation of Olbroc Projects.
Brock always strives to further his knowledge and skill set and is passionate about delivering high quality renovations with exceptional detail.
CO-DIRECTOR
Oliver has always had a keen interest in the build and design of residential dwellings. Drawing house plans on pads at the age of 11, it seemed a natural progression into architectural studies post schooling.
Instead, Oliver pursued a career in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry in which he progressed to service and project manager roles.
After working alongside a childhood friend in Brock through the renovation of his own home, a love for all things residential design and building returned.
Leaving a career path he’d forged for over a decade he completed his Carpentry apprenticeship.
After being short listed for ‘The Block’ with Brock in 2014 the idea to start his own business was born and 18 months later, Olbroc Projects was created.
Oliver aims to further his career within the residential construction industry and hopes to push the boundaries as we venture into sustainable living.
