Olbroc Projects is a boutique Brisbane building company founded by co-directors Oliver Lindemann and Brock Horan.
Having grown up together, we always shared an appreciation for well-designed homes, quality craftsmanship and the satisfaction that comes from building something to last. After years of working across the residential construction industry, we established Olbroc with a clear vision – to create a building company where relationships, communication and attention to detail are valued just as highly as the finished product.
Today, that philosophy continues to shape every project we undertake. As a boutique Brisbane builder, we remain personally involved throughout each build, working closely with our clients, architects and consultants to ensure every decision is considered and every detail is delivered with care.
For us, building isn’t simply about construction. It’s about creating homes that families will enjoy for generations, while making the journey as rewarding as the finished result.
